Bus from Kampala in Uganda to Bukoba in Tanzania

It's Christmas Day and Job and I are in the bus from Kampala to Bukoba in Tanzania. I'm really happy it is a bus and not a tiny and narrow matatu. There is even a flat screen TV in it! Wow!

Time to hit the road.

Our flat entertainment. Yes!

The journey is supposed to take 7 hours and costed 60.000 ush ( approx. 18€). The bus is taking the route down south along the border of the Victoria Lake.

Arriving there we still have to find a place to spend the night.
