The Dances from Pará

The dances are a important part of the culture in Pará.

Different European, Indigenous and African elements compose dances like Carimbó, Lundu and Marujada.

One can enjoy such a show, with the most typical dances of Pará during a boat ride along the Guajará Bay in Belém.

Book it at the agency Vale Verde in the Docks in Belém. It's costs 40R$ (approx. 14€). Bigger groups can a get a good bargain.

Oh! Be prepared for dancing too. You'll be invited for sure.
