Another delicacy I tasted in Slovakia. Very typical in the Slavic kitchen the Bryndzové pirohy are dumplings of unleavened dough (Wiki.) filled with sheep cheese. In Slovakia it's served with sour cream and roasted onions.Guten Apetit and cheers everyone!
