The Lapa square in Rio de Janeiro

From Thursday to over to Sunday, Lapa is the best place to go out and party, have a bier with friends, make new ones, try Brazilian food and the and taste the chachaca (schnapps), so many and so good.

The Selaron stairs, build with tile from all over the world, the historical arches of Lapa, part of the history of Rio de Janeiro, and the center of the own is just a 15 minutes walk awax.

A tram, the "bondinho de Santa Teresa" used to drive on the arches of Lapa, connecting the center of Rio de Janeiro and the Santa Teresa hill. After an accident, with some death cases, the tram was removed to be repaired.

The tram is supposed functioning soon. Unfortunately, it's taking too long. This is Brazil!
